How much does property management in Berlin cost?
Rental management fees are usually charged as a monthly flat rate per unit. The amount depends on the size, condition and workload of the property. You will receive an individual, transparent quote from us – with no hidden costs.
How does changing property managers work?
After the initial consultation and signing the contract, we take over all documents from the previous manager, inform the tenants about their new contact person and take over rent accounts and ongoing matters. You don’t need to worry about anything else.
Do you also offer condominium (WEG) management?
Our focus is rental management – managing rental apartments and buildings on behalf of the owners. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure which type of management you need.
Do you also prepare the service charge statement?
Yes. We prepare the annual service charge statement for your tenants on time and in a clear, traceable way, and handle any questions.
